By using DefenderNet VPN, you consent to the collection of limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Connection data: anonymous logs related to VPN performance, server optimization, and connection stability.

We do not collect or store browsing history, DNS queries, or any activity that occurs while using the VPN service. Any collected data is anonymized and used solely to maintain and improve the app's performance.

3. App Functionality

DefenderNet VPN helps secure your internet connection by:

  • Encrypting internet traffic to protect your privacy.
  • Masking your IP address to keep your identity anonymous.
  • Providing fast and stable VPN connections across a global network of servers.

You are responsible for using DefenderNet VPN in compliance with applicable laws. We are not liable for any illegal activities performed while using the service.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium features are available through in-app purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Payments are securely processed via Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. App Updates

We may periodically release updates to improve functionality or introduce new features. Continued use of DefenderNet VPN after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

DefenderNet VPN is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance and are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DefenderNet VPN if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
